The official FIFA 21 release date has been delayed this year due to unforeseen events. We usually see each new title released around late September time, however, this year fans will have to wait until October 6, 2020, to get their hands on the full game.
FIFA 21 Release Date Schedule
Closed Beta
Closed Beta invitations will be sent out on August 12, 2020. To those who are invited, the FIFA 21 Beta will be available to play from August 14 – September 1, 2020.
The Closed Beta is only available to selected players, email invitations are privately sent by EA SPORTS.
Demo
The FIFA 21 Demo release date is estimated to be on September 22, 2020.
This new Demo version will be available for download on PS4, Xbox One and PC. The FIFA Demo is a limited version of the full game, which allows users to experience brand new gameplay and features.

FUT Web App
The FIFA 21 Web App release date is predicted to be on September 30, 2020.
The FUT Web App allows users to manage their FIFA Ultimate Team on the go, trade players on the transfer market and complete SBC puzzles for rewards. FUT Webstart is available to returning users before the game’s official release.
Ones to Watch FUT cards will also be available in FIFA 21 Ultimate Team right at the beginning of the game.
EA Access
The FIFA 21 EA Access release date is estimated to be on October 1, 2020.
This paid subscription service allows users to play the full version of FIFA 21 around five days before the game’s initial release date. However, EA Access members will only be able to play a total of 10 hours before the full game becomes available.
All online services will be available with this program, including the all-new Pro Clubs game mode. Users will now be able to edit their entire club in this updated version of the game, along with many other improvements.
Initial Release Date
As mentioned above, the FIFA 21 initial release date is set for October 6, 2020.
In order to gain early access to the full game by this date, users will need to purchase either the Ultimate Edition or Champions Edition. These versions also offer extra promotional content for FIFA 21 Career Mode and Ultimate Team.
Official Release Date
The FIFA 21 official release date for the Standard Edition of the game is set for October 9, 2020.
The Standard Edition is the cheapest version of FIFA 21. By pre-ordering this, or any version of the game, you will receive additional FUT promotional content. This includes packs, loan items, kits and stadium items.
Next-Gen Consoles
With the release of next-generation consoles slated for November, 2020, FIFA 21 owners will be given the option to upgrade their version of the game to the PS5 or Xbox Series X at no additional cost. Find more details regarding this offer here.
